Forum Overview
RMA’s Enterprise Risk Management Forum was developed specifically for community bank professionals to meet with peers, discuss common challenges, and identify best practices in enterprise risk management that can be immediately applied at institutions. A unique combination of education and peer sharing, the two-day forum aims to help community banks build a strong enterprise risk management framework that will create systematic value to your organization.
The educational portions of the program provide current best practices on a timely ERM topic: stress testing, while the round tables offer unparalleled open and candid sharing of ideas and networking among peers.
