RMA’s Commercial Real Estate Lending Forum is for experienced commercial real estate lenders as well as other lenders involved in income property secured lending.
Participants will hear presentations from guest speakers on a variety of timely topics and will engage in Q&A and roundtable discussions with the group.. Topics may include a permanent financing market update, appraisal issues, and a discussion of underwriting issues involving various property types.
This session will include a special segment focusing on problem CRE loan identification and workout strategies.
Additionally, the group will engage in a roundtable discussion with a senior regulatory representative from the OCC.
